Infinity creation Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency in construction projects. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills in swimming pool and landscape projects, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
cost estimates
, budgets, and tender documents.
Assess
contractual issues
related to construction.
Monitor project progress and manage
cost variations
.
Work closely with
contractors, engineers, and clients
to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare
valuations, claims, and final accounts
.
Ensure adherence to
building regulations and legal requirements
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
.
Minimum 3 years of
experience
in quantity surveying or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of
cost control, procurement, and contract management
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software
.
Excellent
negotiation and communication
skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Swimming pool and landscape experience is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
