Requirements:

Minimum

BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying

(full-time degree preferred). 3-5 years of practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor is mandatory. Middle East work experience will be considered an advantage. Proven experience in post-contract duties for building and/or infrastructure projects (including drainage works). Strong experience in

i

nterim payment applications and variation management is essential. Sound knowledge of tendering procedures for building and infrastructure projects, including preparation, evaluation, and documentation.
