Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate measurement, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will support project delivery by minimizing costs while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and variation claims Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons Monitor project costs and control expenditures Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts Assist in contract administration and commercial negotiations Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum

3-7 years of experience

as a Quantity Surveyor Strong experience in

building construction projects

Proficient in

MS Excel, AutoCAD

, and quantity take-off tools Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost control methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Preferred (Added Advantage)



High-rise building experience Fit-out and interior works experience

Gulf / Qata

r project experience Experience with

FIDIC contracts


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
