Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost control, measurement, and financial reporting while supporting project delivery and maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and variation claims Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons Monitor project costs and control expenditures Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts Assist in contract administration and commercial negotiations Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

3-7 years of experience

as a Quantity Surveyor Strong experience in building construction projects Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off tools Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills
Preferred

High-rise building experience Fit-out and interior works experience Gulf / Qatar project experience Experience with FIDIC contracts
