Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project costs, variations, and change orders. Prepare, submit, and evaluate interim and final payment applications. Measure and value completed works on site. Assess subcontractor claims and certify payments. Maintain cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Support contract administration and final account settlement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years Experience in post-contract QS works for construction projects. Knowledge of standard construction contracts. Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
