Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project valuations for steel and metal fabrication works.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy in quantity and cost assessments.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and progress claims.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in QS works related to steel and metal fabrication projects.
Excellent knowledge of estimation, measurement, and cost control procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software.
