Job Description
Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:
1. Should possess minimum 2+ years as Quantity Surveyor in General Contracting & Construction, major Contracting & Fit Out projects
2. Experience majorly in Interior Fit -out including Residential villas construction
3. Must possess good exposure within Gulf market
4. Should have experience in preparing Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and the management of claims required
5. Posses ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. Exposure in any project-specific engineering and construction relevant software preferred
6. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
