Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimations.
Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotes.
Monitor and assess risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
Maintain a database of historical cost data for future tender references.
