in Quantity Surveying or related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
Evaluate variations, claims, and contractual issues.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
