We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior finishing projects. The successful candidate will manage all cost-related aspects of interior design and furnishing projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out and furniture projects.
Analyze architectural/interior design drawings and specifications to assess materials, labor, and time requirements.
Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze subcontractor/supplier quotations, and assist in vendor selection.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of bids.
Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards.
Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within the approved limits.
Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and change orders.
Track actual vs. forecasted expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
Conduct site measurements and valuations of completed work.
Prepare final accounts and assist with project close-out documentation.
