Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Quantity Surveyor

with 1-3 years of experience in Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) cladding, aluminum and glass doors, aluminum windows, aluminum partitions, louvers, canopies, and skylights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates for ACP cladding, aluminum & glass doors, windows, partitions, louvers, canopies, and skylights. Monitor and control project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate quantity calculations. Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and subcontractor quotations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize project costs. Track project expenditures and generate cost reports for management review. Assist in evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in aluminum and glass facade works. Strong knowledge of ACP cladding, aluminum and glass doors, windows, partitions, louvers, canopies, and skylights. Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Cost X) is preferred. Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
