Evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing cost comparisons.
Monitoring costs and assisting in variation and claims preparation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3-5 years' QS experience in construction projects.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS tools.
Available in Qatar with transferable visa preferred.
