Job Description

Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities - Quantity Surveyor (FFE Procurement) Role



Experience in FFE procurement (furniture, carpets, curtains, wallpaper)

Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs

Proficiency in AutoCAD for measurement and layout verification

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost tracking & reporting

Preparation and submission of material submittals

Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and contractors

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Technical Expertise



FFE specification review and compliance checks

Knowledge of procurement processes and contract terms

Familiarity with tender documentation and supplier evaluation

Measurement and valuation of works on-site

Preparation of payment certificates and cost variation reports

Education & Experience



Remarks



Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Experience in FFE-related projects

Preferred but not mandatory

Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Excel)

Strong stakeholder coordination experience
