Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Quantity Surveyor (QS)

of proven experience in infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, local regulations, and contract law.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and cost estimation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage budgets for infrastructure projects.
Supervise and monitor project execution to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.
Handle all aspects of
contract administration
, including claims, variations, and payments.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Evaluate subcontractor invoices and coordinate payment approvals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Assist in project cost forecasting and risk assessment.
