Job Title :
Quantity Surveyor

Job Role & Responsibilities :
Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for all project stages (pre- and post-contract).
Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment used in civil works.
Handle tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents and technical evaluations.
Administer contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Assess and certify interim payment applications and final accounts from contractors and subcontractors.
Track project progress, prepare cost reports, and flag potential budget overruns.
Experience and Education:
Candidates should have civil infrastructure background
Min 5 years experience in similiar field
