Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented

Quantity Surveyor

to join our award-winning team based in

Doha, Qatar

.

This critical role will be responsible for representing the firm in its dealings with relevant parties, during the post contract award and throughout the entire course of the construction activities.

We envisage success in this role to include;

Implementing cost controls, change management and financial control procedures as outlined in the construction contracts. Measuring and assessing client's variations to the construction works and contractor's claims for changes. Evaluating contractor's monthly interim payment applications. Identifying areas of concern and assesses their potential impact upon the project budget.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include

10 years (post-degree) work experience working on major roads projects

, partnered with a

Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and Qatar Engineering License (MME/UPDA/MMUP) is mandatory requirement.



Experience with road and infrastructure project is a must.
