We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and financial control, along with excellent coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Planning
: Prepare budgets and forecasts; ensure project stays within cost.
Tendering & Procurement
: Prepare BOQs, evaluate bids, and advise on procurement strategies.
Contract Management
: Draft, review, and manage construction contracts.
Cost Control
: Monitor expenses, manage variations, and minimize financial risks.
Valuations & Payments
: Assess completed work and recommend payment to contractors.
Stakeholder Coordination
: Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Compliance & Quality
: Ensure work meets legal and quality standards.
Dispute Resolution
: Handle contractual issues and support claims management.

Only Diploma in Civil Education candidates can apply
