Work Description:
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Assist in tendering, pricing, and cost comparisons.Prepare and review subcontractor/supplier quotations.
Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.Monitor project costs and prepare cost control reports.
Review and coordinate shop drawings and material submittals.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for technical clarifications.Support site execution team with technical solutions and RFIs.
Participate in project inspections and quality control activities.Maintain updated project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and technical engineering within a civil contracting company (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Good knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ preparation, and cost control.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS/estimating software.
Strong understanding of local authority standards (Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, DM etc.).Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
