Job Description
WE URGENTLY REQUIRED QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM AUTO CAD DRAUGHTSMAN (Civil)" as per below requirements Education: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 03 years of Gulf experience in QS and Auto Cad Drawings. Skills: Experience in Auto Cad Drawing.
Sound knowledge of Construction.
Ability to organize, plan & strategize.
Knowledge of MS Excel. Responsibilities:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Responsible to measure quantities from drawing and site preparation BOQ.
Responsible for invoicing from contractors and sub-contractors.
Preparation of Bar bending schedule.
Preparation of shop drawing.
Preparing Reports, Analysis, budget, risk assessments and other documents.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- AUTOCAD: 3 years (Preferred)
- QUANTITY SURVEYOR: 3 years (Preferred)
