Experienced Quantity Surveyor required to handle cost management, estimation, and contract administration for
villa and high-rise building projects
. The role involves pre- and post-contract duties, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and in line with UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Manage contracts, variations, and claims (FIDIC-based).
Evaluate progress payments and final accounts.
Conduct cost control, value engineering, and reporting.
Coordinate with site, design, and client teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years Experience (villa & high-rise).
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Office..
