QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Building)



Minimum Requirement for Quantity Surveyor

Should have Civil Engineering Degree / Construction Management or Equivalent.

Well versed knowledge and experience in REBAR, CONCRETE AND OTHER MATERIALS.

Strong knowledge of reinforcement standards, codes and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

Should have Mega Construction/Building Projects experience. At least 7 -10 years' experience required. Experience certificates Must.

Should have good experience & knowledge with PRE-CONTRACT & POST CONTRACT. BOQ. Estimation and take off.

Preparing cost report. Prepares and submits the interim payment applications.

Contract prepare drafting as per standard forms. Cost Planning and estimating.

Proficiency in software like MS Excel, AutoCAD, RebarCAD or ASA.

Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

Should be locally available in Qatar.

Work Location : Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar

Preferred Building & Construction Industry Projects Experience candidates.
