Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with cost estimates.
Ensuring quality control and addressing any issues that may affect costs.

Reporting and Documentation
:
Keeping detailed records of all costs, contracts, and changes.
Preparing reports for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Providing advice on financial and contractual matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education
: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Experience
: With minimum 2 years of experience in UAE and practical experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry is essential.
Skills
: With strong analytical and problem solving abilities and with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
