Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Analyze project drawings and specifications.
Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations.
Maintain cost control and project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or MEP projects.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity estimation.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
