Job Description

1. Quantification of Projects

To make sure quantities are in line with CAD drawing / area of scope.

To make sure that the material proposed are in line with the specification.

To make sure any changes and variation with the updated drawing are captured and recorded to raise as additional variation.

2. Confirmation of Quantities and Material Codes and Colour based on LPO prior purchasing.

3. Shop Drawing Preparation.

To make sure all M2 scope reflect in the shop drawing.

To make sure all materials are properly scaled and roll laid properly for client approval with proper starting point.

Resubmission of Shop drawing based on client comments.

4. Quantity Study based on actual site installation and the approved shop drawing to know the discrepancy happened for the shortage or left over happened on the project

5. As Built Drawing Preparation.

6. Facilitate clear communication between other teams to ensure project requirements are met

7. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide accurate technical specifications and support during tender phases.

8. Ensure alignment with the Site Team for the installation of materials, reviewing any site-specific requirements or considerations.

Note:

Friday & Saturday Off

Can start immediately.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
