Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Evaluate project variations, change orders, and cost control reports.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for commercial matters.
Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and contractual claims.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
7 to 10 years
of relevant experience in
engineering and infrastructure projects
.
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE experience preferred (
REQUIRED
).
