Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in precast concrete works to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for precast projects
Manage project costs from tender stage through final accounts
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
Monitor variations, claims, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency
Prepare monthly valuations and financial reports
Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in precast concrete projects
Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and project financial management
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience with large-scale precast or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with local construction standards and contract
