Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Need to make BOQ for Steel, Concrete etc. etc. (MUST)
Strong network of local suppliers and knowledge of UAE construction materials and pricing.
Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections Reports.
Familiarity with software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Plan swift etc.,
Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Ability to work under pressure and independently and meet tight deadlines.
Project management duties (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and quotes, etc.).
Communicate and interact effectively with other architects, consultants, and sub-contractors.
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
