We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
with at least3+ years of UAE experience
in theconstruction and fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, estimation, and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis. Assist in pre-contract activities including tender pricing and documentation. Handle post-contract functions such as variations, interim payments, and final accounts. Review subcontractor quotations, invoices, and claims. Monitor project costs and report cost variations to management. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. Conduct site visits for measurement verification and progress assessment. Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Minimum
3+ years of relevant UAE experience
in construction and fit-out projects.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and standards. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software. Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
