We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to join our company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tendering, cost estimation, and project coordination within the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in quantity estimation for buildings, commercial and private villa's Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tender documents and cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate tender submissions. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience (least 1 year In UAE)
in quantity surveying and tendering. Bachelor's Or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering - Quantity Surveying. Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and methods. Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS office, planswift, etc. Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
