is responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts; monitoring project budgets; and evaluating variations throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project drawings and specifications.
Evaluate tenders and prepare comprehensive tender documentation.
Review drawings and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare submittals, LPOs, invoices, snag lists, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with project consultants to ensure timely approvals and smooth project execution.
Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for construction materials procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the candidate's home country.
Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer registration is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe applications.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
