Job Description

BGC International General Contracting is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong pricing expertise to join our Abu Dhabi team.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for construction projects Review and analyze subcontractor/supplier quotations Conduct cost control, variation assessments, and interim valuations Prepare tender documentation and evaluate bids Monitor project budgets and prepare monthly cost reports Handle payment applications and commercial correspondence

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of UAE construction experience (building/infrastructure/MEP) Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies and cost estimation Proficient in QS software and MS Office Familiarity with FIDIC and UAE Civil Code Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Must be available to join immediately Must be located in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi
