such as roads, utilities, drainage, and water networks. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract quantity surveying duties to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for infrastructure works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and quantities for accuracy.
Manage project cost control, variations, and claims.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Coordinate with the project team, client, and consultants on all commercial matters.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms and cost management procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum [8] years of experience as a
Quantity Surveyor
in infrastructure or civil construction.
Preferably holding certifications in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management
