We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
to join ournew Railway Project
inRahayel, Abu Dhabi
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage
Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation
. Monitorproject costs, cash flow, and budget compliance
throughout all construction stages. Evaluate and certifysubcontractor invoices, claims, and variations
. Conductquantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations
for civil, structural, and MEP works. Providecommercial and contractual support
to the project management team. Assist inrisk identification, cost control, and value engineering
exercises. Prepareprogress and financial reports
for senior management and stakeholders. Liaise withdesign, procurement, and construction teams
to ensure accurate cost management.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
.3-5 years of relevant experience
in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Strong knowledge ofcivil works
including track, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and building construction. Experience withfuel storage tanks, fueling systems, and associated facilities
is a plus. Proficient incost management software
and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge ofFIDIC or other standard forms of contract
. Excellentanalytical, negotiation, and communication skills
. Ability to workindependently
and as part of amultidisciplinary team
.Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region
preferred.Job Type: Full-time
