Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Requirement :

Minimum 03 years of UAE Construction experience in a similar role.
Accurately assess and calculate the required quantities of materials, labor, and resources for construction projects.
Conduct detailed take-offs and estimations to ensure precise planning and resource allocation.
Implement robust monitoring systems to track daily costs and resource usage against project budgets.
Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure that materials delivered align with project requirements and invoices.
Maintain meticulous records of materials used, returned, and wastage, ensuring accuracy in accounting.
Utilize expertise in budgeting to forecast expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
