Responsibilities:
Assist in estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment for waterproofing projects.
Conduct on-site visits to gather relevant data for accurate quantity take-offs.
Prepare and maintain accurate project cost reports and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control and project profitability.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor and track project expenses against budgets.
Assist in contract administration and claims management.
Support in the preparation of bills of quantities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering , or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on waterproofing projects.
Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
