Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets. Evaluate tenders and subcontractor quotations. Monitor project costs and variations. Prepare valuation reports and certify payments.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in QS or Civil Engineering. 5+ years' experience in construction cost control. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost estimation software. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
