Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Familiar with construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.

).Prepare and update
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
, cost estimates, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
Conduct
quantity take-offs
from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Monitor project expenditures and control project costs against budgets.
Evaluate
subcontractor/supplier quotations
and prepare cost comparison statements.
Prepare and assess
interim payment applications
, final accounts, and retention releases.
Administer
contracts
, handle variations and change orders, and track scope changes.
Assist in
procurement processes
, including the preparation of RFQs and evaluation of bids.
Perform
site measurements
, verify work done, and coordinate with site teams for progress monitoring.
Support the preparation of
cash flow forecasts
, project cost reports, and cost-to-complete assessments.
Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding commercial matters.
