We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
We are a leading consultancy firm specializing in innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of industries. As a company at the forefront of technology, we deliver cutting-edge designs, engineering consultancy, and project management services. We are currently seeking talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for roadworks (earthworks, subgrade, asphalt, drainage, etc.).
Evaluate and certify contractor's payment applications and interim payment certificates.
Track project costs, variations, and change orders.
Analyze and assess claims, including for EOT (Extension of Time) or additional works.
Participate in tendering, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
Coordinate with site teams to verify actual quantities executed vs. drawings.
Assist in final account preparation and contract closure.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Good knowledge of FIDIC, contract administration, and cost control.
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
