We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, cost control, and project management.
Experience with PROVIS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, evaluate, and present detailed project costings and tenders
Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor requirements
Negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor construction progress and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure budget adherence and quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and contract law
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines
