Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any relative field
Proficient in Microsoft office , Auto CAD
Taking all measurements.
Double checking and verifying measurements
Arranging with site QS for joint measurements
Submitting Measurements to office (Projects Manager) for Invoicing
Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
Site Measurement for progress Invoice.
Visit the site and check with the foreman for the work done at site.
Get the total Materials delivered on site from store or from Accounts.
Calculating the Wastage Reports.
Calculating the Production Reports.
Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
Calculating complicated Lump sum quantities for vinyl and waterproofing projects
Duty Hours: 8-9hrs
Visa and Medical insurance: Provided

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
