Position: Quantity Surveyor - Architectural Design Department
Location: Abu Dhabi
Availability: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents specific to architectural design projects.
Monitor budgets and assess the financial impact of design changes and project variations.
Evaluate contractor claims, variation orders, and payment applications related to architectural works.
Provide cost-related input and support throughout the design development and construction phases.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting.
Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to architectural specifications and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in architectural design projects, ideally within consultancy firms.
Proficient in cost control methodologies, contract management, and local authority regulations in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate availability.
