Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
Monitor and control project expenditures.
Evaluate and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
Provide advice on procurement strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, health, and safety standards.
Manage project variations and resolve disputes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
