A&M is seeking a highly experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with no less than
7 years
of experience in general contracting projects. The successful candidate will join our professional team and contribute to delivering efficient and accurate project quantity and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and conduct cost analysis as per project requirements.
Review project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts) and accurately determine material and work quantities.
Prepare and review monthly payment applications and financial claims.
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure the accuracy of executed quantities.
Generate periodic detailed reports related to quantities and budgets.
Assist the engineering team in preparing bids and cost analysis.
Review contracts and technical documents to identify cost items and potential risks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with major contracting companies.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in quantity and cost estimation.
Excellent reporting and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
