Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Monitor project budgets and track variations and cost implications.
Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and payment applications.
Provide cost advice and support to the project team throughout all stages of construction.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably within consultancy firms.
Strong knowledge of cost control procedures, contractual frameworks, and local regulations in Abu Dhabi.
