Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. He will be tasked with reviewing, planning, preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, building relationships with clients and site managers. GRG, GRC, Gypsum Ceiling & Drywall Partition, Painting Works, Wall Cladding and other related work is mandatory.

Job responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and detailed quantity take-offs for construction projects.

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and progress payments.

Deal with Consultant/Client to finalize the variations evaluation and changes

Open preliminary budgets for secured projects and coordinate with project procurements on advising the budgeted cost to monitor the commercial values.

Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits.

Identify potential risks related to project costs and suggest mitigation measures.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other related degrees.

At least 2 years experience

With Experience in Fit out Company

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Reliably Commute to Work (Preferred)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
