This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Abu Dhabi at Distance Studio Consultants. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning costs, reporting costs associated with construction projects, preparing monthly payment based on the site progress, and coordinating between client, and Contractor.
Qualifications
Cost Control and Cost Management skills
BOQ preparation expertise
Cost Planning skills
Cost Reporting proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Previous experience in construction projects is a plus

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
