We seek a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

With MINIMUM of 10 years experience

. Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for joinery projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant expenses. Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budgets. Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements to determine the amount of materials required for projects. Assist in the tendering process by preparing and evaluating tender documents, analyzing bids, and making recommendations. Administer contracts, including preparing and reviewing contract documents, negotiating terms, and managing variations. Generate and analyze cost reports, providing regular updates to project stakeholders on financial performance. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Handle claims and disputes related to project costs, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
