We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on construction projects within Riyadh and be familiar with local practices, regulations, and market rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates

Monitoring project costs and budgets

Preparing and evaluating interim payments, variations, and final accounts

Coordinating with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Assisting in procurement and subcontractor evaluations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

2-4 years of relevant QS experience

Must have prior work experience in Riyadh

Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market rates

Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software

Strong analytical and communication skills
