. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost management.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Participate in tendering, pricing, and contract administration
Ensure compliance with KSA construction regulations and standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in
architecture and fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of KSA construction market
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in relevant QS software/tools is a plus
