Quantity Surveyor

to join our team! In this role you will get to

be part of a major infrastructure PMO in Riyadh

.

What You'll Be Doing:

Advise on contractual matters. Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements. Advise on Contractor's resource allocation. Audit payments to Contractors. Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations. Check and record measure of work done. Prepare variations and dayworks. Monitor contracts final cost estimates. Maintain expenditure records. Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements with the Department. Coordinate and monitor activities of his team. Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentation. Prepare financial statements for monthly report. Liaise with Department in all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of all contracts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Minimum 10 Years Experience in a consultancy. BSc in Engineering or any relevant field. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, as well as thorough knowledge of industry practices is required.
